Growth Capital, Done Differently
A long-term partner with the resources to support companies across their entire lifecycle.
Our revenue-based financing model is built specifically for growing B2B software companies. Our investment structure is designed to maximize alignment between RAC and the Company, and to maximize value and optionality for the business, while keeping everyone’s focus on efficient growth.
RAC serves as a long-term capital partner, able to fund across multiple rounds, through both non-dilutive and traditional growth equity investments. RAC’s growth advisors, and Riverside’s broader network of former executives and seasoned experts are dedicated to optimizing portfolio company growth. Riverside has worked with over 600 companies to date, and fundamentally understands how to optimize both organic, and in-organic growth, through mergers and add-on acquisitions.
We’ve spent the majority of our careers working alongside, and sometimes inside, early- and growth-stage B2B software companies. We fundamentally understand the unique challenges and opportunities software businesses face every day
We’re part of The Riverside Company, which brings three decades of knowledge and experience growing small businesses. RAC’s dedicated growth advisors utilize that knowledge and resources to help our portfolio maximize performance.
Through revenue-based financing and follow-on growth equity, RAC is structured to deliver the right amount of capital at the right time.

The Internet changes everything. Growth funding shouldn't be an exception.
Business building has certainly changed with the advent of modern cloud paradigms. These platforms have shifted the way products are built and companies are scaled, simultaneously offering reduced technology risk with improved capital efficiency. As a result, today’s software companies are scaling faster than ever before, against an ever broadening set of market opportunities. Yet, despite these innovations in business building, funding innovation has not kept pace.
We believe there remains a time for traditional venture models, but that often an alternative is needed. Riverside Acceleration Capital gives companies the capital needed to grow their business, launch new products and maximize value without diluting ownership, control, or optionality. We do so by delivering the right amount of capital at the right stages of growth and development. Our unique model and backing help us to support our companies across their entire lifecycle.
We are software specialists, passionate investors, and entrepreneurs at heart.
